Well ive saved up some money to buy Photoshop, but I see alot of pictures on here that arent made by photoshop and are really good...but I really want to put up some digital art 'cause i've got some good ideas...should I get photoshop? Or do you suggest something else??

You got to think it this way, Photoshop is just another tool for you to use, its digital and you drawing are gonna have that digital feel to it. I don't think it is better or worst then the traditional way of creating art its just a different medium. But overall Photoshop is a great program to have I would highly recommend that you buy it. Plus with Photoshop the things that you can do with it are limitless as far as your imagination can take you.
